Kristen Staback – President/CEO
Kristen was born and raised in southern Indiana and moved to Nashville in 2008. She graduated with a degree in Mathematics and Special Education. Kristen has a huge passion for helping others so she decided to help people build businesses. It gives her great joy to help others grow their company or personal business to achieve their goals. She is passionate about systems, client retention, and top of mind awareness. Kristen and her team gives business owners the opportunity to bridge the gap between advertising and gifting. They offer high-quality, unique, unforgettable gifts to business owners who want to put their best foot forward with their valued clients.
Outside of business, Kristen enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, husband, and their dog Max. She loves to travel, cook, entertain, read, workout, and be outdoors. Kristen believes that we are all put on this Earth to make an impact in some way, shape, or form. She believes that we are exactly where we are supposed to be in our lives at each and every moment. Every day above ground is a blessing and she does her best to live it to the fullest. Kristen looks forward to getting to know you and the opportunity to help in any way that she can.
Stephanie McMunn – Team Manager & Head Executive Administrative Assistant
Stephanie McMunn currently resides in Murfreesboro, TN with her husband, Michael, and their beloved cat, Buffy. Stephanie graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2013 from Middle Tennessee State University with a BA in English and Secondary Education. Stephanie went on to study for a Master’s in Library and Information Science at the University of Kentucky before moving back to Murfreesboro in 2015.
Stephanie’s previous work experience includes higher education and healthcare; her last job was working as a program manager for a non-profit home healthcare agency for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Stephanie has been working for 360 Business Growth since January 2018. She greatly enjoys providing quality customer service to our valued clients.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family as well as her local church family. She enjoys watching true crime documentaries on Netflix, playing board games, attending Rifftrax Live events with her husband, and spoiling her cat.
Victoria Hagewood – Executive Administrative Assistant
Victoria currently resides in Clarksville, TN. She is a full time stay at home mom to one little girl and two big fur babies. Victoria is originally from St. Louis, MO and has lived in Tennessee for five years now. Her husband, Mike, is a firefighter and realtor, which helps her to understand the busy life a realtor. When she is not taking care of the family or helping to expand 360 Business Growth, she can be found at the gym working out or going to hot yoga.
Kevin Connor – Cleveland, Canton, Akron, OH and Surrounding Areas
Kevin is an Akron, OH native who specializes in customer service and client retention strategies. Although he was born in Northeast Ohio, Kevin has spent a considerable amount of time in other states. From traveling to Arizona for his first two years of elementary school to finishing high school in Mission Viejo, CA., Kevin has interacted with folks from a wide variety of backgrounds and subcultures.
That is why he loves working with the public so much. He has learned that at the end of the day, with all of our differences, we really share a common goal: to feel as if our lives have made an impact. Kevin’s current role gives him the opportunity to bring high-quality, unique, unforgettable gifts to business owners who want to put their best foot forward with their valued clients.

Emma Fifer – Fort Wayne, IN and Surrounding Areas
Emma is a small-town girl from Monroeville, Indiana. She graduated from Heritage Jr/Sr High school in 2016. Emma has a strong work ethic, and actually had 6 other jobs when she started with Cutco. She will make sure you and your business are being taken care of and staying top of mind. Emma truly believes in the subconscious and the power it has on how people make decisions. Her current role with 360 Business Growth helps her to help you. Emma is focusing on the greater Fort Wayne area. She loves connecting with people and making genuine relationships. Emma loves to travel, play any and all the sports, and just be outdoors. Emma is always working on herself, trying to constantly become the best version of herself!

Colin Herrmann – Grand Rapids, MI and Surrounding Areas
Colin started selling Cutco in June of 2015 and was one of the top ten reps in the state of Michigan that summer. The next two summers Colin directed his own Cutco office while pursuing a degree in Communications and Business at Grand Valley State University. Colin is passionate about building great relationships with people and helping others. Outside of the business, Colin enjoys distance running, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.

Benjy Lehman – Indianapolis & Surrounding Areas
Benjy is a family man with a wife and two daughters. He is passionate about helping others and chose Cutco as his primary avenue to do so in 2010. His passion for service is evident to all of his customers, as he goes above and beyond to ensure each individual receives the red carpet experience. Benjy enjoys traveling with his family, coaching the up and coming Cutco reps, and reading. Hailing from Cincinnati, Emmi has been working with the Cutco product for 6 years. For the past 2 years, her focus has narrowed to realtors, loan officers, builders, lawyers, & a variety of business owners that understand the lifetime value of a client.
She graduated with a BS from the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!) in 2017. Shortly after, she returned to Ohio to pursue her passion for teaching others how to build & maintain client relationships through properly executed, high quality, & strategic gifts.
On a personal note, Emmi enjoys travel — she’s been to 39 states & 7 countries / territories, all within the last 6 years. Between 2 families, she has 3 sisters, 1 brother, & 1 nephew. She has 11 living grandparents that she absolutely loves. Her dream dog is a rescue Dalmatian. Her go-to TV Show is Parks & Recreation.

Lindsey Staback – Executive Administrative Assistant
Lindsey currently resides in Chicago, IL with her significant other Jason and their son Ellis. She grew up in NW Indiana and graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2011 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Recreation Studies and Tourism Management. Her previous work experience in the tourism and hospitality industries has taught her the importance of the customer experience from start to finish. She currently is a stay at home mom and joined the team at 360 Business Growth in May 2019 to help with administrative needs. When she isn’t chasing after her toddler, she enjoys watching sci-fi and crime shows, trying out new recipes, and attending live music events.
